A number of past Eurovision Song Contest winners and alumni have travelled to Tbilisi, Georgia, this week to support the young artists competing in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Throughout rehearsal week, several familiar Eurovision faces have been spotted in the Georgian capital, showing their encouragement for their countries’ representatives and taking part in media activities surrounding the contest.

Earlier this week, Parg was seen in Tbilisi, where he met with Armenia’s Albert Armenakyan ahead of his second rehearsal. The visit highlighted the strong connection between Eurovision artists across generations.

Meanwhile, Theo Evan, who represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, met with Cypriot duo Christos and Rafaella ahead of the jury final, which took place this evening. During his stay, Theo also spoke to media outlets from several participating countries, sharing his support and advice with this year’s Junior Eurovision artists.

Destiny, winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 and a Eurovision participant in 2020 and 2021, is also in Tbilisi. She attended the contest as a coach in Malta’s Junior Eurovision 2025 national selection and travelled to the arena with the Maltese delegation. Destiny met with Malta’s Eliza Borg and her dancers ahead of the jury show, offering encouragement and support.

A total of 18 countries will compete in Junior Eurovision 2025, including the returning nations of Azerbaijan, Croatia, and Montenegro.

The contest will take place on Saturday, 13 December, live from Tbilisi, beginning at 17:00 CET. Georgia is hosting the event after Andria Putkaradze secured the country’s record-breaking fourth Junior Eurovision victory with the song “To My Mom”.
