BBC Three promo image of Sally TM bringing full fantasy to the runway

Sally TM did not simply enter RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. She arrived like a glam cartoon villain glitched out of a video game, ready to cause playful chaos. Representing South Shields with outrageous creativity, she instantly became a standout. Her drag is inspired by animated characters and unpredictable humour. She has performed for more than ten years and fully owns her identity with the name Sally Trademark. Beyond the performance, she has openly spoken about balancing her artistry with Type 1 Diabetes, proving just how strong drag performers truly are.

A queen who brought personality and punch to every runway

Throughout the season, Sally TM served audiences character driven looks and wicked humour. One week she was a mischievous troll. The next she transformed into her now beloved character Tony Ballsinhand. She never hid her unique perspective. That is what made her journey compelling. But the Rusical challenge in Episode 6 was not her strongest. The Broadway style assignment demanded live singing and complex choreography. Although Sally gave it her all, the judges felt she could push even further.

When the time came to fight for survival, she faced Tayris Mongardi in a lip sync to Shirley Bassey’s powerful classic “Don’t Rain on My Parade.” The moment was iconic and emotional. Tayris delivered fierce musical theatre energy which kept her in the competition. Sally TM said goodbye with unforgettable humour. A tiny cocktail umbrella perched in her hair turned her exit into instant Drag Race history. Sally finished eighth in the season. Yet her influence soared beyond her placement.

Since filming, Sally TM has continued to build momentum and expand her fanbase. She has emphasised that one challenge does not define her. The experience has fuelled her passion to perform even more and with greater ambition. For many fans, the best levels of this video game queen are still ahead.

Sally TM may not have won the crown. She absolutely won the conversation. She delivered humour that stuck. Looks that surprised. And an exit prop that deserves a museum display. Drag Race is better for having her in it.
